Applicants must possess and upload the following documents to the application form: 1. Sales receipt (clearly indicating the purchase date, receipt number, and purchased product). 2. Delivery note (clearly indicating the delivery date, note number, and received product). 3. A photo of the purchased and delivered Whirlpool (Hong Kong) product’s serial number on body 4. A photo of your existing appliance currently in your home (must be of the same type as the specified product purchased; Whirlpool will not collect the old appliances.
